My Charges

CHARGES FOR HOME VISIT REPAIRS.

My charges are based on a fixed labour charge basis rather than a call out basis.

My labour charge for calling to your home and repairing your appliance is £45.00. This includes any return visits to complete the repair if parts need to be ordered.

The cost of any spare parts used will be added to the labour charge.

If the repair is not possible (non viable, spares obsolete, ect ) the labour charge for the visit and diagnosis is still required.

Repairs and replaced parts are guaranteed for three months.

Payment is required upon completion of repair.

I am unable to offer a repair service for refrigeration appliances.

CHARGES FOR WORKSHOP REPAIRS.

My charges for workshop repairs to smaller appliances are £17.50 labour plus the cost of any parts required.

If a special journey is made to collect or deliver the appliance an additional charge of £4.00 each way will be made.

CHARGES FOR INSTALLATION OF APPLIANCES.

I offer an installation service for replacement home appliances. These charges assume a 'like for like' replacement and that the required services are there.

Free standing cooker, disconnection of old, connection of new and install and test - £40 plus any materials used.

Free standing washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge or freezer - old removed, new installed and tested - £30.00 plus any materials used.

Integrated oven or hob, disconnect and remove old, connect and install new and test - £40.00 plus any materials used.

Integrated dishwasher, remove old and install new and test - £40.00 plus any materials used.

Integrated under counter fridge or freezer, remove old and install new and test - £35.00 plus any materials used.

Integrated fridge freezer, removal of old and install new and test - £45.00 plus any materials used.

Any item not listed please contact me for quote.

I can offer disposal of your old appliance at an additional charge of £10.00 (excludes refrigeration).

Please note, I am unable to offer disposal service for refrigeration appliances (the local council will collect for a fee).

Please note, I am unable to offer an installation service for 'side by side' American style refrigeration.

Payment methods accepted are, cash, cheque, most credit/debit cards, apple-pay, google-pay and B.A.C.S.(bank transfer).

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON COMPLETION OF JOB.
